Our Story

I’m Tanya, a dog owner and groomer. now as a carer for my mother. I came across a market store with these awesome products on one of my holidays around NZ. As a mobile dog groomer, I recommended and sold these collars and leads to many of my clients. I was surprised to find this particular range of collars, since they are not widely available. I had never seen anything like them in vet clinics or pet shops . They have been so beneficial, in particular to those dog owners who were older and people with disability. So, in conjunction with Horana Pets we have set up this online store to make these products more accessible to other dog owners around NZ and soon all around the world.

Even as a dog groomer, I struggle to get the conventional clip or buckle collars off my doggy clients where our slip collar can be easily slipped off to start the groom with no fuss.  Maybe you know someone who struggles with getting a dog collar on or a lead on a very excitable dog then this is the next level of collar you should get for them.  I am a firm believer that if you can manage to still look after your dog unassisted then you will enjoy walking them more often and continue to live an independent life.

Within our LEAD RANGE these help assist owners to walk their dog and to attach your dog to a fixed object with ease (all in the one lead) when you have to temporally leave them unattended or if you stop at a café. There is also the option to have padded handles to ensure a more comfortable grip while you walk your dog.
